Description
We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Internal Systems Support Specialist.

This role is critical in ensuring our employees are well-equipped to utilise Unity to its fullest potential and to identify where improvements can be made to maximise our efficiency.


Unity is our new internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software which provides sales and purchase order processing, stock control, forecasting with direct connections to our accounts software.


Responsibilities:

Query Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal inquiries related to Unity system operations. Effectively field and address questions from employees across various departments and regional offices, providing clear and concise solutions.

System Enhancement: Collaborate closely with the development team to gather user feedback, document change requests, and propose feature enhancements based on end-user experiences and evolving business needs.

Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and via video tutorials, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing education for Unity users. Create clear and user-friendly documentation to support self-service learning.

Knowledge Base Development: Continuously update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base by creating and curating FAQs, help documentation, and training materials. Leverage insights from user inquiries to identify knowledge gaps and develop relevant resources.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve user experiences, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Unity system.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Educated to degree level with excellent knowledge of MS Office software and a real attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in creating userfriendly documentation, training materials, and multimedia resources.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support, preferably with ERP systems, accounting solutions or similar enterprise software.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
