We require a Purchase Ledger AssistantEstablished in 1994 we are one of the leading catering equipment suppliers in the UK.

opportunity awaits as we continue to track our ambitious growth projections.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all payments.
- Input of supplier invoices using Sage 200.
- Preparing monthly aged creditor reports and statement reconciliation.
- Input and approval of stock invoices, matching to relevant purchase orders and resolving any issues.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Dealing with incoming calls and resolving any queries with suppliers.
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Assist with other general accounts administration.
Person Specification
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong IT skills including Excel.
- Experience of Sage 200
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
