Airline Customer Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for monitoring the operational flying programme and managing airline disruption through effective problem solving and high organisational skills. You will effectively implement the company welfare policy in accordance with

What will you do in the role?
As our
Airline Customer Operations Co-ordinator you will assist and advise all of our internal & external stakeholders who contact us by providing solutions to any problems. By supporting our red teams & handling agents you will resolve any issues relating to passenger queries, airport infrastructure or aircraft status. In addition you will;
- You will also be responsible for the accurate reporting and logging of all incidents actions
What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?
Proven experience within an Airline or a Tour Operator is
-
EU261 legislation. In addition;
- Effective teamwork and excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work to a deadline
- Proven prioritisation and problemsolving skills as well as being process and detail orientated are also required in the role
- This role is not customer facing but plays an integral part of the operations control centre in managing airline disruption and passenger welfare.
