Sales Associate, Old Bond Street

(6 month FTC, Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


As Jaeger-LeCoultre Sales Associate, you will play a key role representing the Maison, building trustful relationships with clients, and achieving Sales Targets.

Main focus will be on providing best possible Clienteling experience, generating sales and client satisfaction, while maintaining proper boutique operations as per company standards (merchandising, stock take, stock transfers...).


Key responsibilities:


Sales & KPIs

  • Achieve and exceed personal targets (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Support Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives (leveraging all New Retail given tools
  • Omnichannel, The View, Part-Exchange, Financing )
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills (Sales Ceremonial)

Clienteling & CRM

  • Act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships
  • Build Client strategy per client typology
  • To ensure client data integrity, privacy and quality are kept at all times (GDPR and Richemont rules must be applied at all time)
  • Networking within Mayfair environment to create sales opportunities for oneself & members

Operations

  • Carry out administrative tasks such as: clients' follow up (sales, afters sales service), general inquiries, handle clients complaints and concerns, answer to the telephone etc.
  • Follow internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations (sales, payments methods, deposit, after sales service, Boutique till system, reporting, opening/closing etc.)
  • Control inventory quality (scratches, movements, batteries for quartz watches) maintaining exceptional selling conditions.

Retail and Service Excellence

  • Anticipate clients' specific needs
  • Represents the Brand inside and outside the Boutique
  • Strive to achieve 100% in Mystery shopping result for the Boutique team

CS / Aftersales

  • Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection
  • Ensures the timeliness of repairs taken in by the store
  • Strive to achieve conversion in CS to sales

Outreach

  • Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community (Mayfair)
  • Develop relationships within Mayfair ecosystem and build a network of key contacts to benefit from internal synergies, build brand awareness and recruit new clients
  • Participate to offsite events and clienteling activities organised by Marketing and event team

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Fluency in Chinese would be a plus
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competence in MS Office package (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
  • Passionate, proactive, enthusiastic, agile learner
  • Ability to multitask and understanding of priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Detailoriented focus in your approach to work
