Framework Performance Manager

Location:
Stirling/Hybrid working options

This is a Fixed Term Contract until Spring 2024


Responsibilities:


The Framework Performance Manager will ensure that all Frameworks Projects are supported to meet their specific performance requirements and you will work with project teams to ensure they understand and have all tools to achieve the performance requirements.


What you'll do:

  • Lead on the delivery and implementation of Framework Performance Management requirements.
  • Liaise with project teams at an early stage to ensure there is a solid understanding of the key framework targets with respect to key performance indicators.
  • Identify areas of Framework performance related noncompliance where visible. Offer relevant support and guidance to the delivery teams in addressing the issue(s).
  • Lead on ensuring framework commitments and performance improvement measures are being met in line with the targets in our Framework Agreement
  • Ensure Framework Performance reporting deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with Community Impact Advisors to ensure Framework Social Value requirements are being met.
  • Lead on internal and external Performance Audits.
  • Lead on Performance Management inhouse training

About you:
You'll ideally have experience in the construction industry with knowledge of Framework Social Value requirements. Experience in

Office 365 and SharePoint and Microsoft Teamsare essential along with working knowledge of online Project Management Tools with Built Environment experience and if you have PowerBI and Data Analytics experience all the better.

The working hours for this role are Flexible (Part/Full Time) hours per week
