Join AXA - Exciting Opportunity for Customer Service Advisors

Overview:

  • Provide exceptional service for our Travel Department with potential to cross train in Motor Breakdown, Home Emergency and Medical Assistance.
  • Essential member of operations departments, handling inbound calls, and supporting customers with various skill sets.
  • Hybrid working contracts available, with 2 days a week in our vibrant Redhill office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our customers and clients in handling inbound calls, finding solutions for them, and instruct approved suppliers

Working Hours:

  • Monday
  • Friday 9am 5pm, whist in Travel.
  • Parttime hours considered, to be discussed with the recruitment team.

Intake Dates:

  • Monday
15th April 2024


Salary & Benefits:

  • Fulltime salary: £20,020. Complemented by an annual performancebased bonus and salary review. Opportunities for salary growth through crosstraining in other departments.

Induction & Training:

  • 5 weeks of comprehensive training provided.
  • Parttime employees must complete training on fulltime hours.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience not essential; comprehensive training provided.
  • Excellent customer service skills with empathy, respect, and patience.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and solve problems.
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft 365, data entry, good grammar, and spelling.
