Croydon Mencap wants to be a Charity full of opportunities for volunteers to share and develop their skills, and give back to the community.

We would like social work placements, internships and to build our successful Volunteering Buddy program, which provides adults with learning disabilities with meaningful volunteering experiences in the community.

We want all our volunteers to feel good, have a purpose, grow skills and confidence and or just give back

You will:

Build and grow new relationships and work in partnership with Volunteers and external organisations
Support all volunteers in preparing for and carrying out their roles
Collect data, case studies and feedback to evidence the impact volunteers will have to our Charity

Your experience:

Experience of community work
Experience of coordinating services and/ or being highly organised and efficient
Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities
Experience of working under your own initiative.
