Fixed term/secondment for 12 months
The Trust has a statutory duty to deliver a service and environment that protects patients, staff and visitors.

The central governance supports a system through which the Trust is accountable for continuously improving the quality of services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which excellence in clinical care will flourish.

The Risk and Datix Systems Facilitator will support both the Risk and Compliance and Patient Safety Team to enable Datix to be an effective tool in identifying, managing and continuously learning from areas of risk to staff, patients, visitors, our resources and services.
