Full training is available but there is a realemphasis on general support.


What will the Assistant Restaurant Manager do?

  • Work with the restaurant manager giving feedback and advice on the store.
  • Motivate and lead a shift to consistently achieve results.
  • Assist with ongoing training of staff.
  • Work with the manage to help resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide the customer with a fist class experience by example.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards across the store.

What skills with the Assistant Restaurant Manager Require?

  • Great communicator
  • Remain Level under pressure
  • Reward and recognise staff efforts and achievements
  • Have great customer service experience/2 years of experience in a busy restaurant environment.
