Description
Applicants must possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
Highly organised, with a proactive approach.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software packages, including Microsoft Teams.
GCSE Grade A to C, or equivalent for English and Maths.
Outline of Duties:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with queries promptly.
Deal with enquiries from applicants for courses and enter allprospective learner information on company tracking systems.
Process learner enrolments in line with company procedures and auditrequirements and within required deadlines.
Create and update learner files, ensuring compliance with auditrequirements.
Ensure all eligibility documents relating to learners are collected asrequired.
Ensure that learner progress, attendance and absence is tracked inaccordance with company systems.
Monitor learner attendance and prepare reports as required.
Collect destination data as learners complete their course and collate inline with company and audit requirements.
Process all relevant paperwork for learners at the end of their course.
Attend in service training as necessary to the development of thetraining schemes.
Support the Head of Business Training and the Senior Administrator withinternal and external audits.
Liaise with the employer regarding enrolments onto the pre employmentprogramme.
Any other duties as required relating to the recruitment of learner
- Eligible for company pension after qualifying period.
- Eligible for company health care scheme after qualifying period.
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.45 to hours per week
