Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as an RMN, RGN, Paramedic, RNLD, occupational therapist, or doctor.
  • Valid right to work in the UK (sponsorship unavailable).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Starting salary: £35,000 per annum.
  • Basic salary increases to £36,000 with the completion of internal training.
  • Additional £1000 salary increases for training completion, bringing basic salary to £38,000.
  • Yearly On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £41,800.
  • Clear career development with £1000 salary increase for each level achieved.
  • Hybrid/remote positions are available based on location.
