Job description:

We are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in South Mimms. You will be a central point of contact for the project for the HR team. You will support the team with various tasks and input into the wider stratey.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to internal and external HR related queries or requests
  • Redirect HR related calls/correspondence to the appropriate person within the HR team
  • Maintain database of employee records
  • Consult with all 3 parent company employee services to obtain information and support the team
  • Assist with new employee onboarding process
  • Maintain HR inbox, dealing and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure all sickness forms and return to work are filed on employees records
  • Collect HR metrics for monthly reports

Profile:


  • Competent general IT skills
  • Ability to multitask and respond to crucial requests
  • Experience of working within an administrative, support role within a team environment
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
