I am pleased to be working with a well established and reputable law firm with over 30 years' experience.

With a national reputation in the Private Client Sector, they really do ensure their staff work on a high-quality caseload and receive and maintaina great work-life balance.

Due to departmental growth the firm are now looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to their team.

Your responsibilities:

To carry out day to day conduct of Private Client files and responsible for all aspects of work connected with Private Client
To be confident in handling a wide range of Private Client issues including (but not limited to);
Wills, Probate, LPA's, Trusts, Estates, Tax, Court of Protection
To assist senior members of the Department with substantial case files and to exhibit flexibility, particularly in times of holiday/sickness.
To demonstrate an awareness of clients' needs and perceptions to the discharge of your work for them and to act promptly, proactively and efficiently in relation to all client matters.
To actively participate in the business development of both the department and the local office.

What you can offer:

Education/Qualifications:

Ideally 3 years + PQE
Ideally STEP qualified or working towards
SRA recognised qualification or similar

Skills/Knowledge:

Experience working as a Private Client.
Selforganised and proactive.
Ability to take responsibility and solve problems.
Attention to detail.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
