Site Manager
Pembrook Resourcing are currently looking for a Site Manager to join one of our clients, A well renowned business in the area
Essential Requirements.
NVQ to appropriate level. Valid CSCS card at appropriate skill level. First Aid training. GCSE's Holding or working towards a Formal Building or Civil Engineering qualification would be an advantage. Fire Warden and Temporary Works Supervisory training wouldbe advantageous. A full clean driving license. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements.
Liaison with Design Team.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Liaison and supervision of all subcontract trades.
- Manage all site activities to ensure compliance with safety, good practice and Employer requirements are adhered to, along with ensuring that programme and budget requirements are met.
- Ensure drawings and specifications are being worked to and that standards of work comply with Building Control and NHBC requirements.
- Prepare programmes, budgets and all other paperwork as required.
- Provide high level customer service and cooperation with Sales Staff and other Staff Members from within the Group or otherwise engaged.
