Job Summary:


As an Estimator / New Claims Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our repair teams with variations, assisting in achieving budget targets, and ensuring compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs).

Working closely with the New Claims Manager, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our surveying team and help maintain high standards of customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Produce priced estimates/variations in line with client SLAs.
  • Assist New Claims Manager in ensuring SLA compliance for site visits and estimate submissions.
  • Assist repair teams with variations and support the surveying team in achieving set budgets.
  • Aid in compliance regarding client SLAs.

Requirements:


  • IT proficiency including Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations.
  • General construction knowledge.
  • MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent qualification. (Desirable)
  • HNC Building Studies. (Desirable)
  • Analytical approach to estimating.

Pay:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
