Customer Service Host / Service Advisor

£25,000-£26,000

My client based in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Host / Service Advisor to join their depots based in Cambridge.

As a Service Advisor you will be a pivotal member of the front-of-house team ensuring a flow of information from the workshop to customers, while ensuring customers are enjoying their experience while on site.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greeting and meeting of customers and clients and checking of details and work cards.
Checking in of vehicles and liaising with workshop to ensure an effective turnaround of service, ensuring scheduled work is completed on time.
Looking after 812 customers on site a day ensuring their visit is comfortable, informative and delivering upon company core services and experiences.
Liaising with customers after service to arrange pickup of vehicles.
Working with the workshop controller to ensure a smooth running of service and workshop running.
Completion of invoicing and administration duties.
Supporting other departments with administration duties.

The role would suit individuals with previous customer-facing experience, highly organised and confident communicator, verbally and written. You will have a passion for delivering upon exceptional customer care and ensuring a vibrant and positive customer journey.
