A successful and growing Main Contractor with a portfolio of High-End Residential developments and refurbishments across Belgravia are looking for a Foreman to join their South-West London based team.

The Foreman's role

The Foreman will be expected to manage the workforce on an upcoming £2.2m renovation on a bespoke family home in South-West London.

The project is set to begin in March 2023, with the Foreman ensuring safety regulations are adhered too whilst liaising withthe Project Manager.

The Foreman will report to the Construction Director of the South-West London based team and will be offered further projects to join following the completion of this £2.2m renovation.

The Foreman

Polish or Ukrainian speaking desirable
Trade background essential
Excellent construction knowledge desired
Experience with bespoke properties essential
Strong communication skills
Well organized individual
Willing to commute to South-West London
