Central Site Supervisor (Wellingborough Area)

The role of site supervision is essential to this, to support an environment that remains compliant and safe, for children and adults alike, which enhances learning, development and wellbeing. Consequently, we have launched a new and exciting Estates Vision, driven by our passionate Estates Manager, to improve and enhance the maintenance and compliance of our family of schools.
We are now looking for a confident, experienced self-starter to join our Central Team, reporting directly to our Estates Manager, to provide preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and health and safety compliance, across a number of our smaller Northamptonshire academies, predominantly in the Wellingborough area.

You will be accountable for a number of responsibilities, including:
- Checking security and report and dealing with any faults or damage to property,
- Ensuring the utility services are operational (heating, lighting and electrical supply),
- Carrying out minor semiskilled building repair and preventative maintenance tasks using hand and power tools.
- Using a greater range of DIY skills may be a larger part of the job.
You will be based at either at one of the academies or the Head office dependent on circumstances.
Therefore, a full clean driving license and use of a vehicle is essential as you will be expected to travel between sites as required.

Salary and Benefits
- Fulltime, Permanent Contract
- Pay Grade E45 £21,189 £21,575 FTE
