Opal Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client in Yeovil, who have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join their exciting and forward thinking business.
Normal office working hours.Salary £20-25k.
If you have experience as a Receptionist in an office environment with good admin skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
- Answering switchboard and transferring calls
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Helping clients with enquiries
- Reviewing Social media platforms
- Supporting the Sales and after sales teams
- Assisting the parts department and keeping a track of orders
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- General admin as required
- You will need to have Receptionist experience in an office environment, a solid track record, good admin skills and attention to detail as well as good timekeeping and reliability.
Opal Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per hour
