Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?
**We are looking for a Support Worker/ Care Assistant to support our client overnight in his own home. Our client is a fun loving boy who lives at home with his mum and dad. He enjoys watching TV, singing, being read to and having fun with his supportworkers and family. He has a great sense of humour and a fabulous smile. He has a Tracheostomy, Gastrostomy, Epilepsy, and is unable to be left alone. He requires a lot of support from his support workers and family.

**Advantage Healthcare, part of City & County Healthcare Complex Division will provide you the support and ongoing training and development to make a rewarding difference to people's lives every day. This Support Worker/Care Assistant role pays up to£20 per hour. We offer flexible shift patterns and exclusive nurse led training
