The Role
We are looking for a special individual to be at the heart of our patient's journey. Your responsibilities will be supporting the chiropractor and the business in a 'front of house' role.

Behind the scenes you will be responsible day to day operations and general internal and external marketing and social media promotion.

Applicants must have an exceptional attention to detail, be proficient in Excel, Word and have exceptional computer skills.

They must be confident in working with the public and prepared to learn and grow as part of a team.


Hours of Work - 24 hours per week
We are looking for a part-time Office Admin Assistant covering 4 evening shifts per week:
Tuesday - 1.15pm - 7.15pm

Wednesday - 8.30am - 2.30pm

Thursday - 1.15pm - 7.15pm

Saturday - 8am - 2pm.

We are a small and independent team, therefore flexibility for cover at short notice is essential.

We do not offer a hybrid working


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain rapport with patients, patient's children and team members
  • Assist the Chiropractor with admin-based tasks
  • Inspire wellness in patients through Chiropractic
  • Encourage patient referrals
  • Develop knowledge of Chiropractic
  • Prepare the clinic for receiving patients and manage efficient adjustments and other visits, liaising between the Chiropractor and the patient. Known as 'practice flow'
  • Keep the clinic clean and tidy
  • Answering the telephone and actioning all calls
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Keep daily account records and reconcile the receipts at the end of the day
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts
  • Operate the booking system, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Maintain procedures according to the Procedures Manual
  • Assist with the running of marketing campaigns e.g. establishing databases and contact of third parties.
  • Attend and contribute to management / clinic meetings, as and when required
  • Team training, temporary holiday and sickness cover when required
  • Attend promotional events (screenings) and seminars when necessary
  • To help organise team birthday collections, gifts and team events
  • To take postural photos of patients on an iPad
  • Filing and uploading of patients results and exams
  • Manage internal marketing events with the assistance of The Clinic Manager and Chiropractor
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post that may be required from time to time

Qualifications Required
Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) English & Mathematics

Administration and customer services experience
