  • 02 years of experience in Executive Search or a related field.
  • A solid grasp of the Management Consulting industry is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
