Customer Service Advisor
Immediately Required


Location:
Plymouth (Office Based)


Salary: 9.50ph


Length of Contract:6 months +


Our client, a housing provider in Plymouth is recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Advisor on a 6 month, temporary contract.

This role could potentially turn into a permanent position depending on the internal needs of the company.

This role would suit anyone with property and/or customer sales experience.


Day to day duties:


  • Dealing with queries in relation to rent, ASB, antisocial behaviour and repairs
  • Taking rent payments where required
  • Dealing with and escalating complaints when needed
  • Carrying out all required administration
  • Updating data base and dealing with confidential records

Essential Skills:


  • Experience in a contact centre/customer service environment
  • Customer focused but able to adhere to KPIs
  • Strong administrator
  • Ability to use various IT systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
