As a member of the Test and Verification team, you will assure the functionality, integrity, and robustness of all new and existing products.

What will you be doing?

  • Have accountability of ensuring that customer service and warranty requests are responded to within KPI's.
  • Own issue of quotes and following up on them.
  • Issuing reminders to customers when instruments are due for service
  • Update the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department.
