Recruitment & HR Administrator

Oakham

Full Time Permanent

£22,000-£25,000 DOE

An exciting job opportunity has become available to join my client's HR team. The team is known for being fun, loyal, supportive, and welcoming.

This is an excellent chance for an experienced recruiter or administrator who wants to start a successful career in HR or for an experienced HR administrator with knowledge of supporting recruitment inductions and HR systems.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assuming responsibility for the position.
  • Setup of new starters
  • Act as the first port of call for HR queries
  • Support HR team on wider projects and administration duties
  • Updating databases


The role requires previous experience in customer service and administration, along with good IT skills, work ethic, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task.

Full training will be provided for the position, and it will give a great insight into the busy HR department.
