Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team at
Build Aviator in Bury St Edmunds.

  • Previous experience within an administrative role would be advantageous
  • An IT qualification is also desirable
  • Knowledge of the building trade is advantageous
  • Previous experience using a Customer Database
  • Please note; this is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm in our offices in Bury St Edmunds._

What will I be doing in the role?


The role will consist of providing telephone customer support, routine administrative tasks, for branches and customers (public & trade) on the use of
Build Aviator for their building projects.

You will also monitor customer accounts where required.

  • Perform admin duties including updating databases / spreadsheets, notes and records on our inhouse systems
  • Speak to customers; gain reviews, upgrade customers, introduce new services / products
  • Process payments
