£100,000-110,000 basic salary

London (Central) - offers hybrid working

Job Responsibilities:

Our in-house recruitment team is actively seeking a talented Lead Azure Information Security Consultant to collaborate with our client and shape the future of their cloud security strategy.

This is a permanent position that holds significant seniority within the Information Security domain.

In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving project initiatives within the organization, with a primary focus on refining their cloud strategy, particularly within the realm of MS Azure Technology.

Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing growth and development of the security team, with a specific emphasis on risk assessment, technical execution, and governance.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing our security capabilities, providing expert insights, and championing dynamic security solutions that align with both our company's and our customers' needs.

Additionally, you will be engaged in various other aspects of the role, including risk and control management, third-party evaluations, privacy assessments, and the stewardship of security processes and frameworks.

Key Skills:

• Experience in Information Security, with technical and nontechnical aspects
• Proficiency in cloud security knowledge, specifically in MS Azure
• Strong background in frameworks such as MS Cloud Adoption Framework
• Risk and controls, third party, privacy assessments, governance
• Foundation level of Industry standard knowledge of security processes and frameworks such as ISO27001/ISMS/NIST/GDPR
• Qualifications equivalent to CISSP/CISM/MS Azure
• Stakeholder management experience
