Finance Business Partner

Based in Bedford, Bedfordshire our award-winning client are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The role will provide flexibility to work from the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.

This job would suit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to be responsible for monitoring and driving country/region financial performance, taking responsibility, adding strategic commentary and reporting the actual results.

They will assess performanceagainst business strategy and make actionable data-driven recommendations on both strategy and operations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

This company are family owned services business with over 100 offices in 20 countries with a workforce of over 4000 and a group turnover of over £400m, this role would be to work for the UK division of the business.

The successful individual must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable in liaising with all levels both in and outside of finance.

Attention to detail, deadline-focussed, good organisational skills anda flexible attitude in prioritising work tasks and ad hoc requirements are essential.

In this role you will provide critical and insightful financial and operational information and develop forward looking analysis, working with different stakeholders to investigateand identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and business growth.

An advanced level of proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to use various computer-based systems is required for this role.
