Are you passionate about gardening / grounds maintenance and looking for an exciting opportunity in sales? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Person to join our busy garden equipment sales, service, and repair centre in Saint Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

• Serve customers at our front desk, assisting them in purchasing new or used garden equipment such as petrol/electric mowers, chainsaws, strimmers, as well as consumables like fuel and strimmer line.
• Receive machines that require servicing or repair, ensuring accurate documentation and timely followup.
• Contact commercial customers and prospects in Sussex and Kent, promoting our equipment, including rideon mowers, and offering servicing contracts to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert advice, product recommendations, and exceptional service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with customers and present information.
• A pleasant and engaging personality that inspires trust and fosters positive customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Fulltime availability, working five days a week, MUST be able to work every Saturday as well as occasional Sundays and bank holidays.

• Basic salary with the potential for generous, uncapped commission based on sales performance.
