We are looking for a new member of the Risk and Compliance team to help build an Academy-wide culture of continuous improvement and accountability

The role
The Assurance Officer provides essential support in 3 areas - risk, compliance, and internal audit.

Prior experience with risk, compliance, and internal audit management is not essential - we will train you in all these areas.

You will also gain valuable exposure to change management and process improvement work as we support the Academy to achieve their objectives.

This is an exciting new role which will suit someone that values collaboration, problem solving, and accountability. Key duties include

  • Helping teams to assess risks and monitoring agreed actions
  • Giving guidance for compliance enquiries, particularly GDPR
  • Monitoring the completion of Academy policies and compliance Elearning
  • Supporting the Internal Audit process through minutes and monitoring progress
  • Mapping and documenting procedures when required

Location


Our light, spacious offices are based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James's Park and close to the West End.

We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline 2 days a week in the office.
