Description
Working in the Customer Service team you will be involved in customer service, sales administration and after sales support. You will build relationships and grow trust with your customers whilst always providing outstanding customer service to them.

Youwill be working closely with the sales team and communicating across the other departments in the organisation to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of service to customers.

Salary:
up to £25,000 per annum


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (full time office based)

Duties:


  • Maintaining customer records
  • Dealing with customer orders, queries and enquiries
  • Communicating effectively with other departments including Production & Shipping
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and reports
  • Ordering stock from approved suppliers
  • Manually receiving / booking in deliveries
  • Labelling goods in the warehouse
  • Carrying out monthly stock counts in the warehouse
  • Assisting with the preparation of orders

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous customer service and administration background is essential
  • IT literate, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Driven to provide an excellent service to customers
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environments and prioratising workload appropriately
