Discovery Multi Academy Trust

Permanent Early Years Practitioner, Grade D Point 8

£22,777 FTE actual pro rata salary £19,769

37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum


We are looking to appoint 2 Early Year Practitioners to our team, who is enthusiastic and motivated to enhance learning and opportunities in our welcoming Trust.


  • Level 3 CACHE or equivalent
  • 4 / Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE
  • The ability to encourage positive behaviour strategies with children
  • A secure understanding of high quality learning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all stakeholders
As part of a team, you will help raise standards, enabling pupils to realise their potential.

You will also be a good team player, who is willing to enhance the provision currently available for our pupils.
