£11 per hour

We have 2 exciting opportunities to join our award winning business regional roles overseeing the maintenance of our gardens at multiple locations. The roles are full time (39 hours p/w) and permanent.
- *The geographical scope of this post will involve travel to most of our sites shared between the team of 2*_

The Role

Responsible for developing relationships with, and providing guidance and knowledge to the on-site maintenance staff whilst liaising with the Property Services Manager to achieve attractive yet easy to maintain grounds.

Duties Include

You will be working 'handson' to provide a high class horticultural environment for our residents and be responsible for working closely with colleagues
Report any incidents relating to buildings, health and safety or equipment
Liaising with the Property Services Manager on the requirements of each site, and the associated costs and plants/products required
Providing relevant content/instructions to share with onsite maintenance operatives and to support and mentor these colleagues ensure suitable levels of horticultural knowledge

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Previous horticultural experience required, with relevant qualification(s) highly desirable
Full Driving Licence
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for gardening and be willing to work outside in all aspects of weather
Adaptability to meet expectations of daily changing requirements
Experience of budgetary control and financial planning for future site projects
