LFUK are looking for an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor to join their clients team in the Liverpool area.


This is a remote role to Work from Home but you may been required to attend the Liverpool office as and when needed
You will be required to work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role will involve

  • Gain new parts business as well as look after existing customers.
  • You will call potential new clients, arrange visits where necessary to set up new accounts and arrange for orders and deliveries of parts.
  • You will work closely with the parts team at Knowsley to ensure parts are sent to customers in a timely manner.
  • Receive all parts orders, interpreting customer requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked or need ordering.
  • Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery or pass order to stock control for Vehicle Off Road (V.O.R.) orders to be raised.
  • Ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to your immediate supervisor.
  • Ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health, and safety are adhered to.
  • Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the correct experience is always delivered to all contacts.
Salary between £23,000 and £26,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

23 paid day's holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays.
