Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all people and change projects throughout the company, through strong professional relationships with internal colleagues and clients
- Provide crucial HR and strategic advice on organisational structure, thus increasing efficiency within the company and maximise productivity in order to deliver on business goals
- Undertake management of multiple HR projects, which align with the overall HR business strategy
- Maximising retention throughout the business and high quality talent to produce and meet business growth targets
- Ensure all ER casework is undertaken in a suitable manner, and resolved inline the HR agenda
- Work collaboratively with local HR management and other Human Resource teams to ensure that the basic functions of the HR team are meeting targets, and that a high level of business service is delivered every time
- Be able to provide productive and effective coaching and 11 mentoring to colleagues within the HR department, while also ensuring professional development is considered
Qualifications/Experience:
-International HR experience
- Experience with working with C level executives and management partners
- Build professional relationships internally and externally and adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Multiple European languages are an asset but
notcompulsory - Excellent communication skills and highly computer literate are necessary
