We have been retained by the UK subsidiary of a major European manufacturing organisation to find a Quality Manager to join their leadership team.

The Quality Manager will have full responsibility for all aspects of quality in a high volume metal processing facility, ensuring product quality and full adherence to quality systems as part of the overall drive towards achieving a world class manufacturingenvironment.

Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a small Quality Engineering team, the Quality Manager will be a key member of the top management team who are working together to grow the existing business and diversify into new products and markets.

You must have an impressive track record of leadership of a manufacturing Quailty function and a systems knowledge of IATF 16949 is essential.

This will be supported by the people management skills to continually develop and improve the Quality team.

The site location is within easy commuting distance of Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham.
