In this senior position, we are looking to recruit a Head of Marketing & PR, within our Entertainment & Hospitality business.


You will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy, ensuring all activity is fresh, impactful, and engaging, without compromising brand integrity.


Excellent communication skills are essential, as you lead and inspire a high performing team, including a Marketing Manager and Executive.

You will take the lead in developing our digital marketing campaigns, evolving our visibility, and managing exciting projects.

You will have awareness of our customer journey, with key insights into the best marketing practices within our space.


Thinking outside the box, you will be creating core organic content to tap into a wide passive audience, ensuring the effective marketing of our unique stories, points of difference and values.


As an effective influencer, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively towards differentiating Goodwood's Entertainment & Hospitality offering from its competitors.


What you'll have:


  • Extensive experience in a Marketing Leadership role
  • Minimum of three years' experience in leading a team in delivering marketing plans to deliver measurable impact
  • Marketing management experience in the service, travel, luxury, or hospitality sectors
  • Proven experience of developing integrated campaigns to support business goals
  • Demonstrable experience of digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing tactics and measurement tools to influence campaigns, aid customer attraction and retention, whilst growing revenue
