Part-Time Telemarketer
This role is an office-based environment and
not a remote role.

Starting salary is set at £10.42. But will increase on performance and will be reviewed after 6 months.

Hours of Work:9AM to 3PM - You can choose to work 2,3 or 4 days per week.

RWB Group UK is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive part-time telemarketer to join our team in Hertfordshire. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.

You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Full training will be given in the use of our telephone and CRM system via training videos.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling: Initiating phone calls to prospective customers who may have shown interest in the product or service.
Sales pitching: Presenting product or service information, features, and benefits to potential customers and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action.
Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads by gathering information, assessing their interest and needs, and recording the details for further followup.
Appointment setting: Scheduling appointments or meetings between potential customers and your local business development manager for further discussion or demonstration of the product or service.
Customer relationship management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating contact information, and managing followup activities.
Achieving sales targets: Working towards specific sales goals or targets set by the organization and tracking your performance accordingly.
Maintaining professionalism: Demonstrating excellent communication skills, active listening, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

High school GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role as an telemarketer or telesales is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or issues professionally and efficiently.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
