The Role


This role supports on the planning and execution of inspiring and distinctive brand marketing activity across all New Look's customer touchpoints.


We're therefore looking for someone obsessed with fashion, with a keen eye for creative and skills within marketing and campaign planning.


Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver brand & marketing activity in line with the critical path process in partnership with stakeholders across the business.
  • Act as a brand guardian when reviewing content, driving alignment to our brand guidelines.
  • Ownership of our content plan working with content and product teams to populate the plan and support channel owners with campaign content execution.
  • Attendance on photoshoots, working closely with Art Directors, Photographers and Stylists to ensure final assets ladder back to campaign brief and align with our brand guidelines.
  • Support the Brand Manager on seasonal briefs to all key stakeholders, outlining our crossfunctional goals, product focuses and key campaigns.
  • Build relationships with numerous departments across the business including Buying, Merchandising & Design teams, to drive brand & marketing activity that delivers against key commercial product objectives.
  • Thinking truly omnichannel with approach to all marketing activity, working collaboratively with multiple marketing and performance teams across the business.
  • Support the Brand Marketing Manager and work closely with insight, ecommerce, and performance teams to measure and analyse campaign results.
  • Work closely with the Influencer and Social teams, supporting the launch of Influencer Edits and events.
  • Support Local Marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing Ops and Retail.
  • Monitor and track the competitor and broader retail, social and talent landscape and suggest rich reactive opportunities to drive brand salience.
  • Involvement and support on all Brand Activations, supporting to deliver ownable New Look activations.
  • Deliver innovative, insightled concept briefs and support the channel briefing process through the creative studio to land impactful and inspiring onbrand activity across the customer journey.

Technical Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Brand Marketing role or similar.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing.
  • Ability to act with pace.
  • Acute creative acumen and flair.
  • Insight driven and commercially aware.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication.
