About Our Client:
The client is a national charity who have operated for the last 60 years. They support individuals affected by substance abuse and those with learning and mental health difficulties.
The key responsibilities of the People Services Lead include:
- Lead on process improvement across People Services
- Lead and coach the People Services team to provide excellence in customer service
- To act as an escalation point and manage cases when the team needs additional support
- Analyse and report on data trends
- Lead the adoption of change and train the team on new processes
The Successful Applicant:
The successful People Services Lead should have:
- Ability to drive process improvement
- Experience managing and coaching a team
- A solution orientated approach to reengineering processes
- Ability to analyse and report on data trends
- Excellent communication skills
