My client is a highly regarded and well-established wealth management firm.

Due to expansion/merger, they now require a diploma qualified, Senior Paraplanner/Team Leader/Paraplanning Manager to head up a dynamic team of Paraplanners.

You must be able technicallycompetent across various products such as pensions, pension transfers, investments, IHT, Estate planning.

Your primary focus will be managing workflow in the team, ensuring deadlines are met and providing 1on1 reviews, appraisals, and support to the Paraplanners.

This is a pivotal role for the business where your management skills will be put to good use andyour experience will enable you to lead by example and deal with any complex cases.
