My client a housing association are currently looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join their team for 3 months ongoing in Christchurch at the rate of £21.

94 umbrella an hour

Job role

To provide a comprehensive and effective housing management service for residents in designated supported housing properties managed by Sovereign or by partnership arrangements with alternate providers and stakeholders.

Additional information
This role will be covering a case load, soyou must be a car owners/ drivers.

The geography is broad and there would be schemes and dispersed properties to cover, this work would include liaising with customers around access for compliance, H&S visits, providing specialist housing management, working in partnership with some of our managing agents, assisting with lettings, PTAs etc., direct customer contact would be required.
