As the lead supplier to some of London's biggest contractors, we have been approached by an M&E Sub-Contractor to help them in the search for a Mechanical Supervisor to work on a large residential project in East London.

This is a long term freelance position paying £ a day.

The role:

You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams on a new build residential scheme
Manage and put to work subcontractors teams
Value engineering and scoping work.
Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
Estimations and variations as required
