Investment Consultant

Great package - OTE circa £60K

Working with leading developers, our clients have established themselves as a major player in the residential new build investment market.

Commission:
1-4 Deals per calendar month = £1,000 per deal

5-8 Deals per calendar month = £1,250 per deal

9+ Deals per calendar month = £1,500 per deal

*Once you pass each threshold, all deals will pay to the level of that threshold. So, 9 deals would equal £13,500 (9 x £1,500).

Bonus:
At the discretion of management

Start Date:

ASAP
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays & Christmas

Working Hours: 10-6pm (5pm finish on a Friday)

Training / Experience:
Full training to be provided within the company

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£24,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
