Description
We currently have a full-time vacancy within our control team for an experienced controller, dispatcher or security supervisor.

Working within our Control Centre on a rolling roster pattern covering nights and weekends and will be responsible for remote monitoring, handling alarm calls, general call handling, operational administration & supervising our operation.

You will also act as a central communication point for operational issues.


In return, we offer an excellent roster pattern allowing for a good work life balance with every third weekend off and a run of seven days off in a row every third week.

You will work an average of 3 days a week, have 17 days annual leave, a company contributed pension, paid training, free uniform and we operate a company sick pay scheme.


  • Prior experience working as a controller or supervisor within the security industry
  • A valid frontline SIA licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection)
  • Unrestricted right to work on a fulltime basis in the UK
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills

Salary:
£12.20 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • High Wycombe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • SIA (required)
