A lovely family of 5 based in Swiss Cottage NW3, are looking for a permanent F/T happy, reliable, nurturing, professional (with positive energy), shared care nanny who is a natural with babies to support mum with the youngest child who will be 6 months old in March.

A Hebrew speaker would be a bonus.

There is another little girl who is 2 next month and a boy who is 5 in April - your main focus is with the baby.

The other two kids attend nursery / school full time. No nursery / school pick ups will be required. There is also a housekeeper / nanny who supports the family and focuses on the older children.

The family are looking for an extra pair of hands to help specifically with the baby, someone who will work in partnership with them and to join their family long term.

The role will be shared care with mum, at times you'll have sole charge care of the baby - you must be fully capable and experienced to care for babies.

Dad works full time.

Start date: 6th March 202
Days and hours: 60 hours a week working between; Monday to Friday 8am 7pm.
Salary offered will be between £57,000 & £68,000 gross per year depending on your qualifications and experiences (Up to £21 gross hourly / £15 net hourly).

Duties expected will be supporting mum with the baby, attending baby groups with mum / or on own and going to the park, managing nap times, playing age-appropriate games and activities (inc sensory play) with the baby, managing all child related duties, such as keeping the bedrooms, play areas and kitchen after kids meal times, tidy and clean.

Cooking / feeding & batch cooking for baby would be expected.

During school holidays; you'll be expected to focus on the baby, rarely will you be asked to help with the older kids.

They're often at camps or with mum/dad (or with other housekeeper/nanny).

You'll be confident and capable to take initiative, be proactive, have a calm disposition and be good fun. You will work together as a team with mum / dad in order to set clear boundaries. You'll be respectful of the home and full of positive energy.

Someone with previous relevant baby experience will be essential. You will be a non-smoker. You will have a current enhanced DBS certificate and be paediatric first aid trained. You will have excellent checkable references from previous employers.
