Position:


We are recruiting for a Junior Database Executive that will be part of the data team supporting the digital marketing function.

**What you'll be doing:

List Management:


  • Create and maintain lists in Adobe Campaign based on demographics, behaviours, or transactions
  • Update recipients and their subscriptions
  • Identify target audiences, use different data sources, and build lists for marketing teams

Build Campaigns:


Maintaining and updating data:

***- General data cleaning to enhance data quality in Adobe Campaign

  • Data enrichment
  • Manage marketing automation workflows in Adobe Campaign

Data security and compliance:

***- Ensuring data governance principles are adhered

  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance
  • Action GDPR requests
  • Telephone Preference Service (TPS) lists for telemarketing data

Queries and Analysis:

***- Analyse effectiveness of marketing campaigns

  • Point of contact for the different sales and marketing teams
  • Providing help and assistance on data queries and analysis in Adobe Campaign

Audit of our audience (BPA audits)

  • Assist on the BPA audits
  • Update the business on our audience figures

Requirements:


What you'll need:


  • Digitally savvy, with a passion for data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of relational database systems
  • Good knowledge of Excel (V Lookup function, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent sense of customer service communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
