The Company
This is an amazing opportunity to work at a top UK bank as a Financial Crime Change Manager, being able to bring your experience in financial crime change/transformation to help oversea the compliance of policy and regulation of the projects.
The Role
As a Financial Crime Change Manager, you will be:
- Working on change projects across the company and make sure they stay compliant with regulation and policy
- Oversea the change projects
- Developing a transformation program
- Working out and planning the priorities within the change and transformation projects within the company
- Find opportunities to enhance and develop current financial crime systems
- Running risk assessments for the business with the changes and transformation
Your skills and experience
To be successful as a Financial Crime Change Manager, you will need:
- Experience with financial crime change projects
- Experience with financial crime transformation projects
- Excellent knowledge of financial crime policy and regulation
- Excellent organisation and delivery skills
- Experience with governance around change
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a financial crime SME would be great
