My client is a highly successful and well-established organisation within the logistics industry.

My client, who were established over 20 years ago, provide specialistbespokesolutionsto the international freight forwarding industry, e-commerce business,global courier & postal systems.

Due to consistent ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Import/Export Coordinator to join the team. You will play an important role in providing 1st class support across the group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Import/Export Coordinator that's looking to progress their career in freight forwarding. You'll join an established company with a great reputation that will allow you to progress and showcase your skills.

Duties will include:

Customer Services dealing with customer queries.
Track and Trace shipments.
Providing quotes.
Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents and other freight forwarding companies
Organising collections & booking imports/exports via an inhouse system.
2+ years' experience in a similar role
Handling all aspects of Imports & Exports
Branch compliance to include timely system updates
Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents and other freight forwarding companies
Booking imports/exports via inhouse computer system
Need to be IT literate
Assist Management when required & cover for colleagues in their absence
