Job Title: Contract Planner

Weekly Hours: 15 hours, with rota shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am-3pm and 12noon-8pm.

About the Role

We are partnering with City Facilities Management, a leading integrated facilities management company under the CBES contract. With over 35 years of experience, they have established themselves as one of the world's largest privately held FM companies.

Key Responsibilities

Raise, monitor, and record all purchase and hire orders, investigating invoice queries as needed.
Plan new and outstanding works for fabric and electrical technicians.
Drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are met.
Maximize technician productivity to meet contractual targets.
Assist the PPM planner in arranging compliance SLAs.
Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders, ensuring job completion within agreed timescales and updating systems.
Communicate with parts suppliers and notify delivery issues to the FM teams.
Manage equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements.
Report and manage dashboard tiles.

Requirements

Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent communication and telephone skills.
